As many as 16 IPS officers of various cadres and batches are retiring in April, 2026. They are: Kasireddy V R N Reddy of Andhra Pradesh; Sandeep Goel of AGMUT cadre; Padam Chand of Himachal Pradesh; B R Ravikantha Gowda of Karnataka; Savita Sohaney and Jitendra Singh Panwar of Madhya Pradesh; Aotemsu of Nagaland; Sapna Tewari of Odisha; Arpit Shukla of Punjab; Rajendra Prasad Goyal of Rajasthan; S Maheswaran of Tamil Nadu; B Shivadhar Reddy and G Sudheer of Babu of Telangana; Neera Rawat Kumar of Uttar Pradesh; Siddh Nath Gupta and Gyanwant Singh of West Bengal cadre.
