5 IAS officers get new postings in UP

Five IAS officers have been handed over new postings in UP. Ms Yashu Rustagi has been appointed as Special Secretary, Vocational Education and Skill Development and Director, Training and Employment, while Gaurav Singh Sogarwal takes charge as Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gorakhpur and Ms Akanksha Rana is now Chief Development Officer, Aligarh. Besides, Ms Saumya Gururani was shifted as Chief Development Officer, Hardoi and Shipu Giri was made Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Varanasi.
