The 57th Annual General Meeting of Hindustan Copper Ltd. was held on Thursday, 26th September, 2024. The meeting was attended by Ghanshyam Sharma, Chairman and Managing Director (Addl. Charge Director (Operations), Shakil Alam, Government Nominee Director (through VC), Rabindra Prasad Gupta, Government Nominee Director, A G K Prasad, Independent Director, Avinash Janardhan Bhide, Independent Director, Mrs Hemlata Verma, Independent Director and C S Singhi, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Shubham Meena, Section Officer, Ministry of Mines, was present as nominee of the President of India. The Members at the AGM adopted Audited Financial Statement (Standalone and Consolidated), declared dividend for FY 2023-24 and approved other resolutions as contained in the AGM Notice.
