Appointments in Majesco Ltd

Ramashrya Yadav has been appointed Additional Non-Executive Director, while Ajit Joshi and Dr. Padma Deosthali have been made Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director of Majesco Limited. Meanwhile, Venketesh N Chakravarty has resigned from the position of Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director of the company. Besides, Ketan Mehta and Mrs. Madhu Dubhashi have resigned from the position of Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Independent Director respectively.
