Appointments in Titagarh Wagons Limited

Sushil Kumar Roongta has been appointed as Additional Director (Independent), while Pritish Chaudhary has been made Additional Director (Non-Executive) of Titagarh Wagons Limited. Meanwhile, Luigi Corradi has resigned from the post of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Titagarh Firema SpA, Italy (TFA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. He has been replaced by Enrico Grigliatti.
