Avinash Jain appointed Joint Secretary, Department of Water Resources

Avinash Jain, presently on deputation to National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD & GR), for an overall tenure of seven years up to February 6, 2029. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
