B Nagya appointed PCCM, ECoR

B Nagya – who is presently posted on South Central Railway (SCR) – has been transferred to East Coast Railway (ECoR) and posted as Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM). He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
