Bihar govt broadens CBI jurisdiction

A fresh Bihar notification expands the CBI's standing consent to investigate a wider range of offences involving Central-government employees, central PSUs and private persons, while retaining Bihar government's prior-consent requirement for state-government personnel. The change covers newer offences including cybercrime and corruption.
