CSS: no promotion since 2016
CSS cadre officers are now a days a frustrated lot. According to sources, they have not been given promotion since August 2016. On top of this, about 400 posts of DS/Directors are vacant for the last three years. Now the big question is how machinery will work when it is stuck up?
