Deptt of Land Resources will not be closed down

With the appointment of Ruolkhumlien Buhril as new Secretary, one thing is clear that the govt is not going to close down the Department of Land Resources, under the Ministry of Rural Development in the Government of India. Earlier it was a plan to close down the Land Resources Deptt in March.
