Dr. Amarnath Gupta is completing his term as Managing Director of Premier Explosives Limited (PEL) on February 13, 2022. However, he will continue to serve as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the company with effect from February 14, 2022.
