Five 1991 batch IFS officers empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

Five officers of 1991 batch belonging to Indian Forest Service (IFS) have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary level posts in Government of India. The officers are: Arijeet Banerjee of Rajasthan; Noyal Thomas of Kerala; Kanchan Devi of MP; Ashok Kumar of UP and Rajbir Singh Panwar of Gujarat.
