Five batches IRS officers to be promoted as Commissioners
According to information, IRS(C&CE) officers of 1997 to 1999 batches are likely to be promoted as Commissioners C&CE for the vacancy year 2007-08 to 2011-12. Presently these officers are posted Joint Commissioners. The proposal has been sent to UPSC to conduct DPC.
