Govind Mohan to hold addl charge of Secretary, Cooperation

The Competent Authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation to Govind Mohan, IAS (Sikkim: 1989), Home Secretary, from 17.09. 2026 to 26.09.2026 during the period of absence on leave of Ashish Kumar Bhutani.
