The Election Commission has transferred several IPS officers in Karnataka.Mangaluru city police commissioner T R Suresh has been replaced by IPS officer Vipul Kumar. Vipul Kumar, an officer of the 1999 batch, will serve both as Mangaluru city commissioner as well as IGP.T R Suresh has not yet
