Justice Rajesh Bindal appointed acting Chief Justice of Calcutta HC

Justice Rajesh Bindal, senior-most Judge of Calcutta High Court, has been appointed as acting Chief Justice of that High Court. He will assume charge on April 29, 2021, a day after incumbent Justice Thottathil Bhaskaran Nair Radhakrishnan retires.
