KK Khaitan re-appointed Exec. Chairman, Wires & Fabriks (SA) Ltd.

The Chairman cum Managing Director of Wires & Fabriks (SA) Limited, Kishan Kumar Khaitan, has been re-appointed and his designation changed to Executive Chairman of the company. Meanwhile, Mahendra Khaitan has been re-appointed as Managing Director. Besides, the company's Executive Director Devesh Khaitan has been re-appointed and his designation changed to Executive Director. All the re-appointments are effective from April 1, 2022.
