Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to campaign in the upcoming state polls in the last, party insiders say.

Bureaucracy supporting Congress !

Believe it or not, bureaucracy is said to be supporting Congress leaders from within. What could be the reason ?

My friend who is an Investment Adviser drops in and over Jim-Jam and Bourbon Biscuits and Desi Lattes we get chatting..

Friend: Today seems the Orders to Drabaaris are to attack Mudra Yojna...

Me: How....

F: BJP put out Mudra Yojna stats ....1.10 lac crore loans sanctioned drawn by  2.53  crore  Beneficiaries (2016-2017)....

..2.08 lac crore sanctioned drawn by 4.81 crore Beneficiarieas (2017 - 2018)...they are saying BJP's Maths is Feku.....

M: I read somewhere average Mudhra Loan is 50,000....for a Chaiwallas....Pakodawallas... Sabji wallas..... etc...enough to fund businesses or expansion  and create jobs.....

F: Another Durbaari says in Ajmer some Channel did a sting and showed ordinary loans being shown as Mudra loan ..

M: Why disguise.... if the Loan is small you can take the Mudhra route....if your business is small and qualifies then you are eligible....Mudhra doesn't  mean Bank doesn't  do Due Dilligence....

F: And then Corrupt Bankers and negative Jugaad mindsets are a curse from 70 years of Congress...when they have the will they find a way..

M: Tomorrow they'll find something new to lie about...

F: Like ....why is it when Modi announced Demo... why did he start with Bhaiyo and Bhehno.... was it a signal ...maybe he was using a code...

M: Whenever RaGa delivers a speech he keeps adjusting the mikes...maybe that's  a signal to Durbaaris...now spread the word around...or when he keeps rolling up his sleeves...that maybe a signal.... attack... attack..

F: Or when he's interacting with an audience and he doesn't have an answer to a Question.....he sips water from a bottle....

....maybe its a signal to his Major-Domo Sam.... bachchao..

M: What about Sonia's eye twitches in Lok Sabha...I think LOP  Kharge sees these and either starts making a noise or leads a walkout... its all in the speed of the eye twitches...

F: Reminds me the LOP in RS... Gulaam Nabhi Azad.... says Hindu Congis don't invite him for their Rallies..

M: How can they explain to the audience his name... Gulaam bhi hai aur Azaad bhi...

F: They don't invite him because of his attire... he comes wearing a Kashmiri Cap and Achchkan in sweltering heat.... everyone feels scratchy seeing him....

M: What's your prognosis about the Market..

F: Jittery...Oil making $ rise vis-a-vis IRs....Market jittery about elections......even the thought of Mahaghatbandan coming to power can cause a 4000 points drop in the Market...

M: So should I buy...

F: No .. start buying in February 2019 on every  fall....

M: And if Mahaghatbandan comes to power..

F: Mothball your investments for the period they are in power....and in less than 5 years BJP will be back in the saddle...

M: And if Modi returns to power...

F: Offload entire holding  during euphoria....book profits and then enter Market when Market 'normalises'!!
