This is History (873)

Create like a god, command like a king, work like a slave.

Modi to form govt anyhow !

Contrary to the general presumption that Prime Minister Narendra Modi may not be able to form the government at the  Centre next time, those familiar with Modi-Amit Shah’s style of functioning believe that he will form the government, come what may.

Why businessmen join politics ?

The general impression is that businessmen join politics to protect their interests . True, but another factor which drives them closer to politics is their desire to increase their aura of influence.

Vouce of reason...

I'm enjoying my mid-day Cuppa at my favourite CP Cafe..... seated at the adjacent table is a Gentleman who is busy on his 2 Mobile Phones. After a while he strikes a convesrsation with me.

Gentleman:  I'm......(name withheld).....I am a freelancing Journo..... rest assured not the 'taken over' type..... free from all pressures ... my bet is this Rafalle hulla is all a diversionary tactic..... by the way in a Speech RaGa's gaffe..... Rafalle costs Rs. 526!!!

Me: Divisionary from what....as for RaGa ....there's a clear disconnect  between his tongue and his brain...

G: I feel....from this Government's achievements..... Congress has thrown Rafalle waali haddi and a section of the Media is running after it.....and creating a hulla...

M: Go on...

G: Like take Modicare.... Jann Aushadhi..... Public is really benefitting.... over 2,00,000 Indians have availed of Modicare.... out of these 68% getting treated in Private Hospitals.... lesser pressure on Government Hospitals... and they get wide range of speciality  treatment..

M: My Maali who is a Diabetes patient was telling me his medicines used to cost 1200 / month.... now from Jan Aushadhi outlets he buys the medicines for 430/ month...

G:  Mark my words ....like Ujwala electorally benefitted BJP.... both these schemes will benefit BJP tremendously...and without Aadhar effective implementaion of Modi Care

is impossible ...

M: Now Court has the Rafalle details....  let's see what Court says...

G: Does the Court have the prowess to technically or financially evaluate.... no! What surprised me was..... Court asked Government for Procedure... and in Court the questions were on technical matters....

M: What's the focus.... samajh nahi aa raha hai...

G: As it is our Courts have limited time...Courts Overseas have short breaks... Canadian Courts have just 11 days off.... Brit Courts 24 days off... our SC works for just 193 days out of 365 days.....and this despite our Judges going on trips ....to study Courts overseas....how come they've not emulated British .... Canadian.... US....Courts when it comes to Holidays..chalo no one can tell the Court what to do or not do.... not answerable to anyone..

G: Yes.... like do you know any other Country where someone accused of plotting to kill the Head of State is put under House Arrest..chalo let's leave this issue here.... like they say.... Tuh koun.... mein khaam khaa (no one)!!!

M: I hear UP has taken first baby steps towards stopping  doling out free power to Farm Sector.... Solar Power Pumps...

G: China has stopped freebies like power to Farm Sector....got in efficient irrigation methods like drip irrigation and efficient sprinklers.... and invested in Agri Infra...

M: What really impresses me about the Sabrimala protests..... no calls to...... behead... crucify.... 1000 cuts....stone....this is Hindu Dharma...Sabrimala protests  continue...

G: By the way this issue too is a result of Judicial overreach.....

M: If only the Male Judges had heard the voice of reason amongst them....the Lady Judge...Women are more perceptive than us..

G: Jiss ne Ma ... Bhen... Biwi ki nahi maani.... ek dinn hotha hai unn ke saamne paani paani..

We have a good laugh and I bid adieu ...pay the tab and move out...

Modi – most popular among world leaders ?

Assessing relative popularity of world leaders, may not be possible in absence of facilities for conducting surveys in such a large sample comprising several countries, though, to elicit opinion of its surfers, whispers in the corridors.com asked them –

Among top four world leaders viz. Donald Trump – President of USA, Xi Jinping – President of China, Vladimir Putin – President of Russia and Narendra Modi – Prime Minister of India, who is most popular.

And the opinion of the majority was that he is none other than the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.
