It is do or die for the CPI (M) in Kerala !
With the CPI(M) staring at irrelevance in West Bengal and marginalisation in Tripura, it is now left with the only bastion - Kerala. But if the CPI(M) led Left Democratic Front (LDF) fails to retain the state of Kerala, this time, it will mark a new low in the Left’s declining fortunes in Indian politics.
Will it be a coalition in West Bengal ?

Chances of the Congress-Left combine improving its tally this time because of its alliance being more structured as compared to 2019 Lok Sabha election, has given rise to the speculations about a coalition government in West Bengal. Some of the Left’ vote that shifted to the BJP in 2019 when it bagged 18 Parliamentary seats, is also said to have returned to parent cadre.
