Shriram Asset Management Company Ltd appoints Vikrant Gugnani as Vice-Chairman

Vikrant Kishore Gugnani has been appointed as Vice-Chairman and Whole-Time Director of Shriram Asset Management Company Limited with effect from November 16, 2026. A Chartered Accountant, Gugnani has nearly 30 years of experience across banking, asset management and financial services. He has held senior leadership positions at Reliance Capital and Citibank in India and Indonesia, and served as CEO of Reliance Capital Asset Management. He has also built businesses across India, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
