Tamil Nadu: Youngest Collector of the State

IAS officer L. Madhubalan, District Collector of Namakkal, is the youngest Collector in the state of Tamil Nadu. Born in 1995, Madhubalan belongs to the 2018 Batch of the Tamil Nadu Cadre.
