Tata Sons' Gaurav Gupta joins Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) board

Gaurav Gupta has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non-Independent) of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited with effect from October 23, 2026, subject to shareholders’ approval. He is part of the Group Strategy Office at Tata Sons and has previously worked with Mondelez International and the Aditya Birla Group. He brings over two decades of domestic and international experience across M&A, capital raising, capital allocation, portfolio strategy and new business evaluation, with exposure to sectors including telecom, consumer and renewables.
