Turner Industries reshuffles board with two new directors, two exits

Mrs. Srishty Bansal has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of Turner Industries Limited, while Ms. Sunidhi Bansal has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director. Meanwhile, Chandresh Dutt Upadhyay and Mrs. Mudrika Devi have resigned as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Additional Non-Executive Woman Director, respectively.
