Tushar Kant Pandey transferred as PCE, NER

Tushar Kant Pandey, presently serving as Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM), North Eastern Railway (NER), has been posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
