Two 1986 batch IPS officers are still Special DG

While 1988 batch IPS officers are empanelled to the rank of DG ,1986 batch IPS officer of AP cadre V S Kaumudi and 1986 batch West Bengal cadre IPS officer Kuldip Singh  are still holding the position of Special DG in the GoI. While Kaumudi is heading BPR&D Kuldip Singh is Special DG in CRP
