Two IAS officers get new posting in Gujarat

V B Mecwan has been transferred and appointed as Special Commissioner, Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural), Office of the Commissioner of Rural Development, Gandhinagar, while Vikalp Bhardwaj is posted as Deputy Secretary, Health & Family Welfare.
