UP Govt shifts 15 IPS officers (UPDATED)

As many as 15 IPS officers have been transferred in UP. Mutha Ashok Jain has been posted as Director General of Police (Fire and Emergency Services), UP Headquarters, Lucknow, while Amarendra K Sengar has been posted as DGP Intelligence, UP, Lucknow, along with the additional charge of Director General of Police (Security) and Ram Kumar will take charge as Additional Director General of Police, Gorakhpur Zone, Gorakhpur.

Similarly, Naveen Arora has been shifted as Additional Director General of Police, Varanasi Zone, Varanasi; Piyush Mordia as Police Commissioner, Police Commissionerate Prayagraj; Bhagwan S. Srivastava as Additional Director General of Police, Technical Services, UP, Lucknow; Dr. Sanjeev Gupta as Additional Director General of Police, UP Police Headquarters, along with the additional charge of Additional Director General of Police (Logistics) and Tarun Gaba is now Police Commissioner, Police Commissionerate Lucknow.

Furthermore, Dharmveer will be posted as Inspector General of Police, PAC Eastern Zone, Prayagraj; Mohit Gupta as Inspector General of Police, Anti-Corruption Organisation, UP, Lucknow; Vinod Kumar Singh as Inspector General of Police, Special Investigation, UP, Lucknow; Jogendra Kumar as Inspector General of Police, PTS, Moradabad; Anand Sureshrao Kulkarni as Secretary (Home), UP Government, Lucknow; Anoop Kumar Singh as Superintendent of Police, EOW, UP, Lucknow and Anand Kumar is now Superintendent of Police, Public Grievances, DGP Headquarters, UP, Lucknow.
