WEST BENGAL: Youngest Collector of the State

IAS Kuhuk Bhushan, District Magistrate of Kalimpong and IAS Akanksha Bhaskar, District Magistrate of Jhargram are the youngest collectors in the state of West Bengal. Both Bhushan and Bhaskar born in 1990 are 2015 Batch officers of the West Bengal Cadre.
