KC Jhanwar to take UltraTech Cement Vice-Chairman role as Maheshwari steps down

Kailash Chandra Jhanwar, who will complete his term as Managing Director of UltraTech Cement Limited on December 31, 2026, has been re-designated as Non-Executive Vice Chairman with effect from January 1, 2027. Meanwhile, KK Maheshwari will relinquish his position as Non-Executive Vice Chairman with effect from January 1, 2027, citing his current engagements and personal commitments.
