Sumit Narula, who is presently serving in South Eastern Railway (SER), has been transferred to Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) and posted as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO). He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
